HIPPA compliant

    My account is the Silver Plan.  I thought I had access to the HIPPA compliant forms but when I click on it, I am told I have to upgrade.  I don't know why.

    Hi Gina, thanks for reaching out!

    It seems you have not turned on HIPAA compliance yet. Something which you need to do manually. As a Silver account, you can enable HIPAA compliance from the data settings

    After this process, we will move your forms and data to our HIPAA compliant servers.
    You do not need to do anything to make forms HIPAA compliant.
