PDF Converter: Unable to download Original PDF

    - PDF upload successful. 

    - Able to add new form elements linked to original PDF form

    - Able to fill out form as a respondent, and submit form successfully

    - BUT, in Jotform inbox, unable to download the completed PDF form as it should it should appear filled out in the original PDF document. (Screenshot attached).

    - When I click, download original PDF, nothing happens. 

    I need to be able to see the original PDF that I uploaded, but filled out. I need to download the original PDF document, but with the answers from jotform implemented onto it. 

    Please help.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. I was also able to replicate the issue on your form.

    I have forwarded your concern to our backend team so they may review what is causing the issue. You will be notified via this thread once we get an update.

    Meanwhile, can you please confirm if you were able to receive the original PDF as an attachment on your notification email?

    Thank you! No, the original PDF was not attached in the submission

    We would like to apologize if you continue to encounter an issue when downloading the original PDF of your form submissions.

    I'm afraid we haven't heard anything yet from our developers regarding the ticket my colleague escalated for your concern.

    Please be assured that once we get an update, we will notify you in this thread the soonest.

    It seems that the issue has now been resolved by our team.

    Error message attached.  But my real issue has to do with the mobile version of the form. When I open it on my phone, it shows up extremely zoomed in. When I pinch the screen to zoom out, it zooms very far out and the white form area is aligned to the left of the screen, and my background is awkwardly showing on the right. How do I make it so that the white form is perfectly centered on the screen, without my background showing?
