I keep getting an error that makes no sense

    I keep getting an error about only one submission allowed. However, I've turned off any checks for unique submissions. It was on but now it is off. Why do I keep getting it still?

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing.

    After checking your account I see that there are many active forms and I am unaware of which form it is that you are experiencing these issues with. Could you kindly provide us with the URL of the form in question so that we can troubleshoot this problem?

    In the meantime, I do suggest that you clear your browser's cookies and cache to ensure that there isn't any cached data causing this issue. I've now gone ahead and cleared your forms cache from my end as well.

    Also, you may want to make sure that you don't also have the Unique Question section enabled. See the following screenshot for reference:
