Access to forms

I used the form as a scholarship form. The link was shared with guidance counselors at different schools. One student from one school started the application, but never submitted it.  A guidance counselor from a different school stated when she clicked on the link, the link was pre-populated with the info from the un-submitted application. Is this possible?

That shouldn't be possible. Multiple users can simultaneously fill out the same form without affecting one another.

Can you please share to us the exact link that the counselor used?
