How do I set up an organization account that multiple people in my org can use? I work at a non profit.

What you are looking for can be achieved only with our Enterprise plan.
Unfortunately, I am uncertain if you can apply for a nonprofit discount within an Enterprise account.
Nonetheless, I have referred your concern to our Enterprise Support Team.

Hi,
We do indeed offer a discount for non-profits. It is a 30% discount on the per user cost. The regular price for Enterprise is $79.00 per user per month, charged annually. The Enterprise version of JotForm allows for creating multiple user accounts, sharing forms and data between accounts and quite a for other additional Enterprise only features.
