    Hello,

    You'll find this easy following the next steps:

    -First go to MY FORMS tab in the top of your page.

     

    -Then click on the Create Form button in the left top corner of the page.

     

    -Then in the Pop-up window choose Import Form.

     

    -After that choose Clone existing form and click on the Drop-down field and 

     

    -finally choose the form you want duplicate and click Continue.

     

    And that's it you have a copy of your form.
