I understand that you are having the same issue as @James in the other thread where you originally posted your concern.
That is to link the multiple actions created in the Pipedrive Integration in your form on your Pipedrive account when the form is submitted.
Please allow me to test the issue further. I'll get back to you in this thread with my findings.
