Only one of the last three forms submitted has been sent to my email address. The other two I have had to go online to JotForm in order to view them.

I have noticed that you have only one form in your account. Are you receiving the emails intermittently?
From our server logs, I see the email notification for this submission has been sent successfully from our end.
Try whitelisting our IP address and Domain. Have you checked the notification in your Spam folders?

I’m not sure how to white list your up address but I did add your three no-reply email addresses to my contact list. I did find one of the forms in my junk email folder, but I haven’t found the other one anywhere. I do know how to retrieve it from the jotform website but that’s very inconvenient for me. As you can tell by my history of requesting help this happened to me in the past. I was hoping to avoid this intermittent email receipt problem again

Could you please let us know the submission ID of the form that is missing in your inbox. I'll send it again to you.

Have you received the email now?
Could you please delete the existing notification email and create a new one to see if the issue persists.
