How to resolve E-mail confirmation error

    Hi, 

    I received an error (SMTP: connect () failed) when I attempted to confirm an email address (see screenshot below). 

    Kindly assist me with resolving this.

    Thank you for contacting us. Could you please try updating the widget on your form?

    Thank you for your feedback. 
    The issue is being caused when I setup smtp to use our domain email (mailto:****ort@***********.com); we use zoho mail. I am certain of the credentials; however I keep getting an invalid error when I attempt to send a test email.

    Hi, please try entering your SMTP settings again, and use the Test Email button:

    If you get an error, please contact your email service provider to double check if the settings are correct.
