Hello,
I am trying to create a form for my clients and I also would like to receive payments through these forms. I tried to set up PayPal invoice connect. I clicked on “connect” and it brought me to a new page where I signed in to my PayPal account and agreed and connected to the jot form rules. It says that I have successfully integrated jot form and PayPal but when it brings me back to the original page, it says failed. Please help, I need this for my business.

Please check this guide to connect to the PayPal Invoicing:
Note:
1. You must select a destination email from a dropdown list in the “Bill to” section (based on existing fields in your form), or the integration will not work.
2. You must enter your name and company name in this section, otherwise, the integration will not work.
Also, it could be a network issue too. You can try connecting form using a different device, this can be a computer or mobile.
Please check these settings to allow the pop-up:https://www.isc.upenn.edu/how-to/configuring-your-web-browser-allow-pop-windows
Let us know how it goes?
Thanks. -

It’s still not working, I even tried on my phone and it won’t even load. Square doesn’t work either

I would also suggest trying to connect again, but this time, monitor your browser console logs to see if there are errors related to the authentication process. The guide below will help you navigate your browser's console:
