How to edit thank you message in card form layout?

I would like to add/edit text on the thank you page, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this anymore. I found this article, but I don't have the Thank You page panel in my settings window. I am using the card layout.

I did check your form and found that you are using cards form layout. Please check the screenshot below on how to edit the thank you message in cards form layout:

Perfect! This worked. I didn't see the text because it was white on white. Perhaps it would be helpful to make the default black on white. Maybe I messed it up on accident. Thanks!

Please note that you can change "Thank you Page Properties" in form designer to change thank you page background and font color. Please check the screenshot below:
