Im not able to connect my PayPal for payments

    I have checked the only form in your account and I can confirm that the PayPal Checkout payment field is not connected to your PayPal Business account in the integration settings.

    I have tried the integration and I was not able to reproduce the issue you have described.

    If you have a PayPal Business account but you still cannot connect it in the integration settings, please let us know. Also, please make sure that after you connected your account you click the Continue button to save the changes.

    Can you tell us what exactly do you mean by you not receiving confirmation emails, please? Are you referring to the email alert sent every time your form is submitted?

    Can you tell us what happens when you click the "Go back to Jotform Inc." button, please? It should show in the integration settings that your PayPal account is connected after you click that button.
