    We suspended your account, because you collect bank information and file uploads of ID numbers in your forms. Please note that this is not allowed and it violates our TOS. You can read it here:

    If you want to reactivate your account, we would need to delete the offending forms.

    Please tell us how to proceed.

    do the necessary thing as soon as possible.

    kindly, guide us  and tell us what we have to do

    if we have to upload the ids and personal information of our customers.

    I have deleted the offending forms and reactivated your account.

    If you do not collect this data from the general public, but from your own clients, you can collect driver's licenses and ID numbers. You need to comply with two things:

    1. You should add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your clients to read and agree.

    2. You should add a Signature Widget. So, your clients can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

    Please have in mind that it is only allowed to ask for driver's license and ID numbers. You can not ask for any kind of file uploads for these documents.

    Please note that you can not ask for any bank information. If you want to collect payments, you should use some of our payment integrations. You can check them all here:
