Not Receiving Notifications

    For one of our forms the emails that our users are supposed to get upon completion of the form are not being received. This happens intermittently and usually resolves itself but we can not afford to be missing filled out forms? can you look to see why this is happening?

    Also we use an encrypted form for a few of our application forms, When trying to view the inbox it takes forever for it to load, and sometimes even stalls out. Is Jotform making the computer un-encrypt every file before it will load the inbox? is there anyway to speed this up?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    If you are referring to your form Construction Equipment Credit Application, I can see that it currently does not have an AutoResponder Email setup. Autoresponder Email is used if you want your submitters to get a copy of the data they have submitted to your form.

    Kindly try setting up one and let us know if you encounter any issues.
