    Hi Bigkstrong,

You may still be able to get/grab your previous submissions. You may be able to access 500 of it since you are on a Free plan.

Kindly check the screenshot that I attached to get the previous submissions.

The whole point of me writing is that I am not seeing my data.  Why not?

We apologize for inconvenience caused. Please take note that since your account/username bigkstrong  was downgraded to the FREE plan as you did not renew the paid subscription anymore, your account usage limits were reduced to that of the FREE plan level.

You can review your subscription Billing here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

And your current account usage here https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

The FREE account can hold up to 500 submissions your database.

The exceeding submission data(older submissions) were all temporarily archived to prevent your account going into Overlimit Status and prevent your account being disabled.

The archived submission data can be restored if you upgrade again to next higher plan and expand your subscription usage limits.

I hope this clarifies the matter. Let us know if you need further assistance.
