Hello,
JotForm is unencrypting your Encrypted Form submissions as a whole, I believe. If you wish to know more about Encrypted Forms, you may refer to this guide: Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them.
Moreover, I have tried clearing your forms' cache. Can you please try opening your Encrypted Forms' inbox once again to see if it makes any difference?
Looking forward to your response.

I tried it again, the laptops all time out and the only chance I have of viewing the inbox is on my desktop with a 6 core 8700K and 32 Gb of memory, You should here the fans kick in when it starts, and even this takes a couple of minutes.

If that's the case, it may have something to do with the machine speed or even the browser. I suggest clearing your browser's cache on your laptop to see if it makes any difference. You can also try accessing your inbox in incognito mode.
Moreover, if the issue persists after clearing your browser's cache, please grant us the Encrypted key as well as the URL of the form you were unable to open from your laptop for us to see your inbox's behavior on our end.
I have set this thread to private so only you and JotForm support team can view the Key if you decide to provide it to us.
Looking forward to your response.

@machineryscope, if the issue also persist in your end, please open the browsers console report when you attempt to open the INBOX, take a screenshot of it, and share it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/438-How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum
