Attachments don't open and its giving an error

    I have been unable to open attachments submitted with our JotForm. This has been a recurring issue since last week. 

    This is the error message I get when I try to open attachments:

    404 Not Found (S3): /jufs/aceiglobal/91965466435166/4589362954317447227/DIno_BS_03back.pdf

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Can you tell us where exactly are you accessing the links to the uploaded files in your form, please? Is it from the emails you received form submissions or from the submissions page in your account?

    Can you try accessing the files using this format instead, please?
