Why am I at quota if I have 0 submissions (and the new month has started)?

    We apologize for inconvenience caused. I checked on your account/username abroseman  and it show that it is active and forms are available.

    I checked on the account usage and I do not see any limits exceeded. 

    Can you please try first closing your browser and redo. It could be just a browser cache issue on your side.
