I have checked my form and it is not showing; comes up with:
This form is not available.
I have waited a few hours to see if it was tempory but still no form.
I have checked the details and I cannot see a problem with my form; could you please advise if I have done something wrong

Have you tried using other browsers in viewing your forms?
Also, can you clear your browser cache and cookies and check if this will solve the issue.
Kindly let us know if problem persists so that we could help you check what is causing the issue.

Many thanks for your reply, I think it was me, I had disabled the form in settings, - I didn't know you could do that!
