Unable to submit the form

We are receiving emails from students who cannot finish completing their enrolment form online.  It seems to come up red in some boxes and does not let them upload the form to us.  It is happening with most of the boxes.

This needs to be fixed urgently as we have many students who need to enrol.

    Cheers

Sorry, for the inconvenience this is causing you. However, I was unable to replicate any issues in your form when I have made a test submission to it.

Is your form embedded on any website? If yes, please provide the website URL?

Which browser were they using to fill-up the form? Could you please ask them to try again clearing their browser cache or in an incognito window of the browser.

Since when are you receiving these complaints?

We are looking forward to your response.

    Thanks

    Hi
Under OPTIONS in Limit Entry we had it ON
On the VET Enrolment form 2020 in the box LUI we had it so that you had to put in 10 digits. When students put in 10 it said there were too many. I have now switched Limit Entry OFF and it is now working.
I don’t understand why we can’t have it as 10 digits as all LUI’s have 10 digits in them and we want students to put in the correct LUI.
    Hope this info helps.
    Regards

You can also enable the mask to enter a 10 digit number only and no other alphabets/special characters.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/381-Getting-Started-with-the-Basics-of-Input-Masking

Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Thanks.
