Unable to submit the form

I have several form submitters that are getting stuck at “please wait” while forms are uploading. Is that function having issues tonight?

I have been testing the functionality of uploading documents in one of the demo forms but could not replicate any issues with it.

Is your form embedded on any website? Would you mind letting us know the form in question so that we can take a look at it?
