I have a form where responses have gone missing

I have a form that I use once a year. It has roughly 10K responses in total. 2K responses from the first year, 2017, have gone missing. I'm wondering why?

Since when the submissions are gone missing in your account? Was your account downgraded to a free one at any point of time?

If your account gets downgraded then your account is limited to free subscription limits due to this extra submission gets disabled and if you do not upgrade within 30 days the submissions get deleted from our server.
