Bug: Mobile Upload Field Duplicates Images during Submission

    The devices they are using seem to replicate the image file name, hence the images are replicated. I have logged a ticket a while back and the problem seemed to go away but it is now returning. Please help!!

    So far I can't seem to replicate the problem. Trie it on single file upload and multiple file upload tool at desktop and on iPhone and it's working fine. Files with the same name are automatically appended or pre-pended with numbers to avoid them merging on the same file.

    Thanks for looking. I have included the file picker but I dont think anybody has used it yet. This morning I am still getting uploads come through with replicated images. I dont know what browser they are using, it seems that anything from a desktop is fine. Is there something they need to change on their mobile/tablet settings?

    Hello, I think that there is another bug causing this issue. I did some testing on a clone of your form to doublecheck this problem. Then I tested the form via uploading pictures from my iPhone and the first test went through fine but the second test I came across the replication issue, take a look -

     

    This problem reoccurred for me during my tests in Safari on iOS 6.1.3 on my iPhone 4S. Note the second Test. I only uploaded the Image 2 picture yet it was replicated into Image 7 which should actually be a completely different picture that did not even show up during my testing phase.

    I am going to forward this issue to have our developers take a further look at this problem to help you get it corrected and we will get back to you about the issue as soon as we can.
