Links to the uploaded documents in excel not showing correctly

When I download the form submissions into excel (or when it goes to google drive), some of the uploaded submission files are not accessible or missing, or the excel column shows a link, but in actuality the participant did not upload a document (the ones that do not end in 'pdf' or 'jpg').

Can you explain this please & help me with this issue?

As I check the excel export of your form submissions, I see that some of the submissions are displaying the links incomplete. The links that are appearing incomplete in the submissions seem to be the files that are not uploaded at all. Could you let us know if you have enabled Continue Forms later earlier on the form?

Also, as you can see the submissions the files are displaying only for the conditionally displayed uploaded fields. 

If you still notice any issue with the newly received submissions, you may try changing the option 'Clear Hidden Field Values' to 'Clear on being hidden' in the form settings.
