The e-mail I am using is email@example.com. I receive mail from other senders. The form is funcional and I can see it gather data on this site, but no notifications...:(

Did you checked your spam folder if they land there? Kindly check your spam filter as well because there maybe be instances that notifications were possibly blocked. I would also suggest to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your trusted senders list. This may help.
