    Hello,

I have checked your form and it still seems to be configured to be sent to ceanders[at]hiwaay.net.  I also have checked your email logs and emails were properly sent.

Have you checked your junk mail folder?  Are you also using an email program/client? Or are you checking your email using your web browser?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Thank you for the additional information.

Spam filters are tricky, sometimes one word in the subject line will trigger the filter to put it in junk mail and sometimes a phrase.

Normally, email clients only download emails from the inbox and disregards the junk mail or spam folder and others.  You may need to login to your account via web and check if some of your submission notices went to the spam folder.

If so, please add @jotform.com to your address book in your web mail (email account using your browser) and add it to excemption of filters if there's any in your web mail to make sure that all mails coming from jotform are authorized to land in your inbox.

If you have other questions, please do let us know.

    Thanks.
