Can one account be shared to multiple people?

Can more than one person use the same login at the same time. If so, what is the maximum people to use the same login?

According to JotForm's Terms of Service "The sharing of your JotForm Account login credentials is strictly prohibited". 

You can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow multiple people to update the same form. You can read more on it if you click here.

You can also create a Sub-User account. You can click here for more information.

They can easily create a new account, without the need to purchase a plan.
