Form not loading properly, Error 404 in the console.

    Hi, 

    I have lost track of how many issues we are experiencing with Jotform lately. The most recent one is affecting us greatly because none of the links to our forms are working. In fact, this is even affecting our website, which has embedded forms. This means that our website is not working because of JotForm. 

    Our customers have to reserve through Jotform and we live off of these reservations, so I am sure you understand the seriousness of this matter. I therefore would appreciate if you could deal with this in a very promptly manner. 

    These are examples of forms that aren't working, but it is basically all of our reservation forms:

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. I have checked your forms, and they seem to be working fine. Please, let us know what kind of errors you are getting. We will be glad to help.

    They won't load and if there are other tabs opened in the same window, they will stop working as well, so we need to force a quit and then re-open the the web browser. I have tried Safari, Firefox and Chrome, as well as different laptops and Wifi connections. Several customers have also confirmed that they aren't working for them and they are unable to fill them out. Therefore, I can assure you that the forms do not work. Please try this one for instance: https://form.jotformeu.com/63564386570363.

    We desperately need a solution for this. None of the problems we are addressing are getting fixed and it's extremely frustrating.

    Thank you, I hope this is fixed soon. Just to be clear, this is not a one form problem. Most of them are not working. If you need me to list all the ones that aren't, I can try to identify them.

    I am still awaiting for a response... Our issues never get resolved. So frustrating!

    I understand your frustration. We have checked, and all the forms are loading properly. Can you please send us a screenshot of the errors you are getting?
