I used to be able to view the submissions from the My Forms tab at the top, and hit submissions to preview. Now it gives me an error "Cannot read form information. Try reloading the page." Reloading gives me the same response. Is this because I edited the forwarding email?

I logged in to your account and I did not have any problem navigating to the Submissions page. Here is a screenshot I took of your submissions page:
You may try to delete your browser cache as it is one of the many causes of browsing problems.To delete the cache, press shift, ctrl and delete keys all at the same time. Doing that will bring up a small window with options to delete your cache, internet files, etc. After doing so, press the Refresh button on your browser while holding [shift] on your keyboard.
Also, you may want to check your internet connectivity. Restart your connection if possible.

I've just read your post in another thread that you have already fixed the problem with your notifications. Is everything still ok? Are you receiving emails now?
