question about form submission

I created a telephone interview form for my boxer rescue.  My volunteers fill out the form and submit the completed version back to me.  I have a rescue partner and I'd like her to also receive the completed form rather than me having to forward it to her.  Is there a way to add an email address so that she will receive anything that is submitted as well?
