    May we know what you're trying to create or achieve?

    We do have a widget Dynamic QR code. Here's the link: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/dynamic-qr-code

    Please try it and let us know if you need further help. Thank you.

    I am using your Dynamic QR code already, clearly obvious by the question I asked. After trawling your forum(becuse you dont have any help docs) there is a mention a work around for this shortcoming of this widget

    Yes, the Dynamic QR code can handle multiple fields. To do that, please add a Form Calculation widget and add the fields you want to show in the Dynamic QR code widget.

    After that, update the Dynamic QR code widget and add the Field Label to encode.

    You can test my demo form: https://form.jotform.com/200628131240945

    Is that what you're looking for?

    Yes, that helps.
    But now the QR code is not displaying anywhere.
    * On respondents email
    * In users email
    * On thank you message
    I have checked and refreshed the setting several times.
    They were working before this new calculation form was added.
    Also when it is working why do I get a 404 message on mobile devices?

    The dynamic QR code depends on the field label, so the field you are trying to encoude should have a label. Your form calculation form do not have a label, please add one and place the same label the QR code widget.

    As for the 404 page not found, please go to your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and uncheck this option (please see screenshot below).

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi,
    Thanks for that. I did have ‘field labels’ matching; you just happen to look when was trying anything. The issue was the Form Field had changed, and once updated QR code was displayed on Thankyou and Email messages .
    Is there any way pulling ‘products’ names not prices to ‘calculation.’ By having amount creates an issue when products are the same prices.

    Another question, what plan do I need to add another recipient email?

    Do you mean the product label, instead of the pricing?

    If that is the case, simply add another field and insert the product name in the newly added field based on user selection: How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

    What plan do I need to add another recipient email?

    Any plan will do. Here's the guide on how to upgrade your account: How-to-Upgrade-My-Account

    Yes, i ve already read plans, and nowhere does it state multiple recipients.
    To have this feature require an enterprise plan?
    Also can I SMS respondents with at least the dynamic QR code?(plus some other details contained in emails)

    You can send the notification and autoresponder to multiple recipients as long as your account is subscribed to any plans: Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients

    If you want to send SMS to form submitters, then you can use third-party apps like Zapier.

    - https://zapier.com/zapbook/jotform/sms

    It is also possible to send SMS messages via email to send responders to users:

    Thanks,
    Just working through Zappier/Twilio/Jotform integration
    Having issue “Testing & Continue” for “To Number’ is invalid. Should I enter a “real number’ for testing and then return to edit to “Field Phone Number” ?
    I have skipped tests and complete form but no SMS was sent.

    Also Stripe payments have stop accepting test card 4242 4242 4242 4242. This has been working fine.

    Considering that your other concern is about another topic, I have moved it to a new thread to avoid confusion.

    Please refer to that thread for any related questions and/or follow-ups.
