    Hi,

I am using your forms to scan in shipments, however, the "I am not a robot" Recaptcha keeps popping up. How do I remove it?

The option to remove it under settings is not there as per some of the suggestions I have read in the forums.

Does the Recaptcha appear right after you click the Submit button in your form?

May we know if the form is embedded on a website, please?

I tried submitting a cloned version of your form and I was not able to reproduce the issue you have described.

The issue could be related to your IP address. Can you tell us your IP address so we can check it on our end, please?

Also, if you can take a screenshot of the issue when it is happening, please do and share it with us.

    Hi Mike_G,

It appears after the form is submitted.

Please note this was not embedded on our site. We simply use the form as is. I think given the volume in which we scan, it triggered the Captcha.70.51.248.28

Note that we have an anti-spam measure in place. The captcha is only asked when we detect unusual traffic from the IP or if the system detects that the submissions are suspected to be coming from a bot, the reason why it asks for it to verify that the one making the submissions is indeed a human.

I have tried whitelisting the IP Address that you mentioned 70.51.248.28. Could you please try making a test submission now?

Also, I suggest making the test submission on a different browser or to an incognito tab.

It keeps popping up periodically. We use this form to scan in our inventory as well as move it around. So the volume of scanning will be quite a lot for a short period of time from the same IP address. For example, we have two staff scanning in which may be contributing to this happening.

This security layer prevents spammers or bots from scanning your form and submitting them. It is possible that there's unusual traffic from your computer network which triggers the captcha. Again, this is an extra layer of security so you should complete the captcha in order to proceed with the submission.

Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

I understand. Will completing the captcha once resolve the problem with subsequent scanning? I ask because as I have mentioned previously, we are scanning in inventory which will undoubtedly unusual traffic.

I would like to apologize but I cannot guarantee that the issue you are experiencing will be resolved after completing the captcha once.

However, I'm glad to inform you that I have forwarded your concern to our developers so they can further check it and also whitelist the IP address you have given us above.

Once we have an update we will notify you in this thread the soonest.
