How to upgrade under the nonprofit discount?

Hello, this is the mexican campus of the University of the Incarnate Word based in San Antonio, Texas. 

Our university is a non-profit organization, we almost have the 80% of students with a scholarship support. 

I just upgrade today from the free count to the bronze plan. But we would like to apply for a educational discount since we will use the forms to incoming freshman, academic set up plans, etc.

Once the application is approved, your plan should be adjusted to the nonprofit rate.

Do you know how many time this answer would take?

I can see a previous application to the education discount that was not approved due to the document provided and it seems we sent an email suggesting to apply to the nonprofit instead.
