Lightbox is not working

I'm having  a problem loading the Jotform Lighbox, i believe it is cause by an javascript error from external iframe, is there any way to load the lightbox even if there is an js error on other iframe? 

Can you please try removing the number "2" after "feedback" found on the first line of your lightbox embed code?
