I can't see where I'm even given the option to get the encrypted contact information for a customer. Can you help?

It seems that the form has been disabled with the form encryption. Please note that it is required to have the encryption enabled to decrypt the submission data by uploading the private key. Please see the guide below that can help you with more information.

You may try enabling the form encryption again and upload the private key to view the encrypted submission data.
