I have a survey that our customers are taking this morning. Some have been able to fill it out with no problem but others say that nothing happens when they click the next button. This is a problem since they have to hit next in order to finish the survey. Users with problems report trying the survey in multiple web-browsers. I have no idea what the problem could be. Please help, this is a time-sensitive survey.Page URL:

Sorry for your inconvenience.
I tested your form in your website and I was able to replicate the same error. However, your form in standalone version worked fine. I was able to click the finish button (next button).
Here is the screenshot of your form's next page after clicking next button.

I am not able to do that myself this morning. Would it work to send the customers experiencing the issue a direct link to the jotform rather than the one embedded in my website?

I just tested again your form in standalone version and I was able to send a test submission.
Here is your form direct link http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31254672370956 .
Yes, you can give the the direct link to your customer.
