How to apply an approval workflow?

hello! i am using your "create a form" to directly upload a pdf to create it into an online digital form. so far, so good! I'm looking for this form to be set up in a manner where it is sent to "user 1" (ie. employee) and then once completed by "user 1", sent to "user 2" (ie. manager) to continue completing the form, then i would like the completed submission after both users have submitted input to come back to me. is that a feature that currently exists?

Do I need a broze, silver or gold account to use this feature?

Yes, you would need at least the bronze plan as this requires multiple recipient email addresses and this feature is limited on free accounts.
