Field is not showing on live form.

A form I've been building is not showing one of the fields in the actual form preview or active form. I moved the field but it is still an active field, not hidden. The field "Number of people expected to attend" should show right after "event description" and before "date of event" but it isn't there. It is a required field so folks have been unable to complete the form because it is required, but not showing for them to fill out.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did test your form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having. I also cloned your form in my account and the issue persists in cloned form as well. I am not sure what is causing this issue.
