Hi,
I recently have been informed my account has been disabled for reaching the limits of my account. I am not sure how this is the case as I have only had 18 submissions in total let alone this month.
Can you confirm this is right?

Thank you for contacting us. Your account has reached the upload space limit. You could upgrade to a higher plan that provides more upload space, or delete submissions that contain uploaded files to clear space.
