Is there a way that I can avoid the redirect notice when my form link clicked on?

Thanks for the details, the redirect notice may be on the email client, this is usually displayed due to security reasons and to inform the user they are abandoning the page. I'm afraid that this cannot be controlled from the JotForm's end.
