Price field is not showing in the autoresponder email

    Hello there, i've built this form and settled up also email to be sent after submission but i do not understand why on the email to be sent to the customer i'm unable to show the value of the field price. 

    All other other fields are shown correctly, the price field does not show up at all. Could you please help me?


    And, another question, how can i change the format and sender of the email sent from the widget to confirm the email address in this form?

    You can customize the Email content by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/430-How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders

    Unfortunately, you cannot add form fields inside the email content.

    I'm sorry but your reply doesn't match with my request. 

     

    Can you please check the form and see the email? 

    In the email are showed all the value inserted ( Name, date, pick up point ecc..) in the form except for the field ''price''. 

     

    Why all the fields are shown except for the field price??

     

    Moreover, how can i change the email sent with the code to confirm the email address?

    I understand that you are referring to this Price field in the form which is not appearing in the edited text content of the autoresponder email.

    The reason is that the Price field is not showing in the form due to condition conflicts. Due to that when the form is submitted, the Price is not filled and hence will not show on the email.

    Here is the explanation:

    The Price field is linked to the field "Please Choose a itinerary" using conditions. However, it is set to Hide the Price field for all options selected in the "Please Choose a Itinerary" field as shown in the conditions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 19:

    Even though you have also added condition calculations for the Price field, they will not work due to these Hide conditions.

    Hence please review these conditions as numbered above.

    Please make sure that the Price field has data or value when you submit the form. Try updating the advanced tab of the notification email and disable the "Hide Empty Fields" option.

    After that, please try adding the form field name of the Price field in the Email content.
