    JotForm not redirecting to Thank You page anymore

    Hello our Account name is wamsports. Recently I  have been testing the form integration with Zoho CRM and I was sending multiple form submissions. However recently I cannot send anymore because the redirection goes to a blank page and no longer to the thank you page. Is this because i sent to many forms? Thank you

    I'm sorry to hear this is giving you trouble. I ran a test to check this but I was unable to replicate the same problem as you since I do see a Thank You Message being displayed. Please try Clearing your Form Cache and then check again. If the issue is still there then please log out, Clear your Browser Cache, then check it a second time.

    Also, it shouldn't have anything to do with your Submissions Usage or forms. You can use unlimited forms and also I see you are on the Premium Plan and you are nowhere near your submission limit so I don't see this as a cause for the problem at the moment.
