    Are deactivated forms reactivated when a new month starts if a person chooses not to upgrade?

    I have been browsing the forum and it sounds like when people reach their account limits, their forms are deactivated.

    If a person chooses not to upgrade, will these forms be reactivated when the new month starts?

    Hi azpha,

    Thank you for posting your question. If you have a free account and then you reach the 101th submission, your forms will be disabled. So, your visitors will not be able to submit any data at all.

    Your submissions count will be reset to zero the following month. For example, you signed up on April 15, your submissions allowance will be reset to zero every 15th day of the month (i.e. May 15th, June 15th, and so on).

    My form(s) have PayPal payments incorporated. This payment element in my form is set as a "required" field.

    Since the monthly payment submission limit for the free account is 10, what happens to the other 90 people?

    Payment submisisons limit for free users is 10 per month. When a particular form in your account uses up the 10 submissions allocation, you can no longer accept payments in your account. It means that all your forms that contain payment fields will no longer work, your customers will not be redirected to your chosen payment gateway anymore.

    To be able to use up the remaining 90 regular submissions, you would need to delete the payment fields on those forms.
