Hi, when I first register, I chose Europe as data center location? could you help me change to outside of Europe? Currently my links looks like this: https://eu.jotform.com/myforms?

Based on your profile location, you're from Germany which is why your data is stored into our EU server and there's EU subdomain in your form URL. This is part of GDPR Compliance https://www.jotform.com/gdpr-compliance/.
I checked your Account > Data and I can see that you've already unchecked EU Datacenter in your account settings. This means that your data is now moved into our US servers.
If you're only using VPN or proxy, make sure it's not EU so you will not be redirected to EU domain.

thanks, How can change profile location away from Germany? I did not find any option in Profile.

Please try changing your account timezone and language settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Your account data center is already set up on USA servers so all of your data/submissions will be stored on USA servers.
