    I am looking to be able to make numbers (dollar amounts) show the dollar sign and also the comma in the value. Thank you.

    Would you mind clarifying on where you want the dollar sign and comma to show in your form? 

    If you are referring to the numbers field in your form, I would suggest that you try using "Short Text Entry" field so you can add input mask value and field validation set as numbers.
