Form not working still on phone

I had a thread open here asking for help as my form was not (and is not) working properly on phone. There is some issues with it not showing it's full length and also Discount CODE not working on phones.

No further response was received my end. I still have a non-functioning form, which I would like to get sorted please

I saw that you reported the issue with the coupon code and height of your form a week ago on this thread - https://www.jotform.com/answers/2179143

On that thread, my colleague suggested you to embed the form only with the iframe part of the iFrame Embed code and to increase the height of the code. I inspected your webpage and you did not remove the script part of the code. 

Please re-embed the form with this embed code:

I did that, the code did not work on the phone still and the form is cut
off when I use that method, it needs to be a lot longer, can I just change
the number for length until it gets it all in the page?? and will the code
work on a phone

Yes, you can increase the height until the full form appears on screen.

In my screencast, the height was around 3451px. 

Let us know how it goes.

This makes it longer on the laptop, but still on the phone (which most
people use) it is cut off before the end

Have you tried playing with the pixel size? You can increase the size if it's too short or still cut off. Try increasing the height I've shown in my sample. If 3451 pixel still cuts off, please increase the number then test your form again.

By the way, I've tried it on mobile and form is no longer cut off.

As I said clearly in my last email, I increased the length (which could be
seen on the laptop), but this did not help the problems on the phone. It
remains cut off hence non-functioning

I'm assuming you are viewing it on iOS device based on your first screenshot. May I know what the exact model of your iOS device is and which browser are you testing it on? I've asked because testing it on an iOS emulator shows the whole form.

I've also tried it on my android device and I'm seeing the whole form not cut off.

I am using Safari on an iphone 6E

I can't seem to replicate the issue on my iPhone 7 running with IOS 13.
