There's not input table field type in Airtable so you can't directly create an input table field in your Airtable account.
What you can do is split the data in Jotform and send those data to a short text entry field then map the short text entry field into your Airtable field.
ex.
Here's a sample output:
Here's a sample of the condition I've used to pass the value from input table to short text entry field.
I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.

thanks. if my input table has multiple columns and rows of text fields, can I separate them or I can only put the array into a long text field?

It is required to setup a condition to read an individual field value from the input table field. So, in order to send each individual field to an Airtable column, it is required to setup a condition for each individual field in the input table field to a separate field that will map in the integration.
If you want to send all the input table data to one long text field, you may setup only one condition and select all the input table fields to pass to long text field.
Hope this information helps!
