    Thank you for contacting us.

What link are you trying to access? We will need to reproduce the issue, and then we will do our best to help you.

    Hi,

I've check the form, and I can't see any settings for Auto Responder. Please try to add it again and see if the same problems occur.

I'm trying to replicate the same problem but failed to do so.

Let us know for the results.

    Thanks

    Hi
I do not know what happened to it.
I just created a new one.

I get the same result as before.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

It is because you have added the full edit link with jotform.com domain. Please kindly correct that one by changing jotform.com to myjotform.com

    The correct link should be:

    http://www.myjotform.com/form.php?formID=31391144745554&sid={id}&mode=edit

    Thank you!

    Hi I have corrected it.
The link works but it does not repopulate the form with the information supplied the first time.

    Thanks

    Hi,

There's something wrong with the current settings - I've fixed that. Also, I recommend using the {edit_link} instead.

    Thanks

Hi I am still trying to get this to work.

I am trying a new test form as it is shorter and quicker to test.

I have put the same link as you have below:
    http://www.myjotform.com/form.php?formID=31391144745554&sid={id}&mode=edit
All I did was to change the form ID.
    This is my link:
    http://www.myjotform.com/form.php?formID=31415824263955&sid={id}&mode=edit
This is the link I got with the reply email:
    http://www.myjotform.com/form.php?formID=31415824263955 &sid=235063158310948769&mode=edit
I still get the same message.

You said there was something wrong in my form…can you please tell me what was wrong.
You also said the below in another email, not sure what you mean by it.
    Thanks for your help
    Harry

We have already a ready-to-use field variable at the email settings view, like Welvin has recommended to you

    https://cms.jotform.com/uploads/image_upload/image_upload/global/16084_tempo.png

Please try that and let us know if the problem persist
