Card Form is blank when viewed on mobile

    This form (as well as a few other) periodically and frequently will only pull up a WHITE SCREEN....

    I tested your form on Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I was not able to replicate the issue. The form worked fine.

    It might be a cache issue of the browser. Can you please try to clear the cache of the browser, when you encounter this issue? Or you can also just use a different browser.

    Please try these simple fixes and let us know, if they help.

    did this on all devices and still will not work. we use these forms on iPads and iPhones, not a desktop

    I was able to reproduce the problem when your form is viewed on a mobile device. I have now escalated this to our developers. Once this is fixed, we will inform you here.

    I checked your form again and I found a lot of conditions with missing fields. This somehow affects your form. I have deleted these conditions in your form and this fixes the problem. Your form should display properly on mobile by now. Kindly confirm.
