I checked your form. Everything looks good with your PayPal setup.

Do you mean that you can not make a payment via the form?

I would recommend you to test the payment integration. There are two ways to do this. You can make very small payment ($0.01) or use the Sandbox mode. You can check and follow this guide:

We will wait for your response.

    Hi @greatandsmalldogtraining,

I have moved your concern to a separate thread here:

I want the form to do both functions ... a Payment and the choice to pay in person. I have created another form to test this. It’s called 2 payments Bernard Baugh Ent. I can’t seem to get it finish without going to payment. I added Cash/check... the last step is my problem. How does the form submit with cash/check?

    Hi WeavexPert,

I can see that you already have PayPal and Cash/Check option on your form. What needs to be done next is to hide/show the PayPal fields depending on the answer of your user. If the cash option is selected, the user will be able to submit to your form without processing payment and submission will be counted as completed, an email will be sent to the user as well.

Please refer to this guide for the detailed steps: How-to-Set-up-PayPal-Along-with-Other-Payment-Options

    Hope this helps.

    Helo!

I understood all you explained to Weavex, and had already learned how to hide/show and this stuffs, but i still can not use the two payments options. The form is accepting only one or other payment way.

    Can you help me please?

On the form you linked you have the PagSeguro payment field. And to my understanding, you would either like your respondents to pay online using their credit cards on that payment field or pay by cash/check based on their selection in this field.

    1585430744zt17_23_16.png

I believe the issue with your form is that the products are within the payment field and respondents will not be able to place their order if they selected payment by cash/check. Hence, the payment field is hidden if that cash/check option is selected.

Now, I believe what would really help you is to create 2 different forms for each payment field.

The first form is the one you already have right now (with the PagSeguro payment field). While the second one will have a Purchase Order payment field instead. The Purchase Order payment field will be used to list all the products you are selling. Respondents will just place their orders in that field and submit the form but will not process any payments.

Now, a 3rd form is needed where you will embed those two forms, we can call that 3rd form the Main form.

The 3rd form will just have 3 fields/widgets.

One payment method (single choice) field and 2 Iframe Embed widgets.

You will embed in the Main form the two payment fields using the Iframe Embed widgets.

Each widget will only be shown conditionally based on the selected option in the payment method field.

So if a respondent selects cash/check as his payment method, then the Iframe Embed widget with the Purchase Order field will show on the main form. However, if he selects to pay online, then the Iframe Embed widget that has the form with the PagSeguro payment field will show.

More information about this workaround can be found in this guide — How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-Form

Feel free to try it and let us know if you need any further assistance.
